Acquisition Criteria for Thrive Opportunities

We're conducting a focused acquisition search in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex, targeting established, profitable businesses with $1 million to $10 million in annual revenue and $250K to $2 million in EBITDA.

Ideal targets are owner-operated service businesses—such as B2B services (commercial cleaning, IT/MSPs, logistics), niche manufacturing or distribution, healthcare services (like outpatient clinics or dental labs), or professional services firms—with 5 to 50 employees, clean financials, and at least a 3-year track record of profitability.

We prioritize companies with low customer concentration and recurring revenue models.

This search prioritizes Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Irving, and nearby areas. We're also actively building relationships with local brokers and advisors to enhance deal flow and leveraging CRM and outreach automation systems to scale sourcing efforts.
