We're conducting a new focused acquisition search in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex, targeting established, profitable businesses with $750K to $2 million in EBITDA.
The most important priority for this search is geography. We will prioritize deals located in the DFW area. Over the years, we have built extensive experience in this area, and our outside clients trust us to find deals in this market. With our roots deep in DFW.
Some ideal targets may be management-operated businesses, such as B2B services (commercial cleaning, IT/MSPs, logistics, manufacturing), niche manufacturing or distribution, or professional services firms, with 10 to 30 employees and at least a 3-year track record of profitability.
